Cloud Shadows

In an interconnected world run by automated machines and robots, the line between digital and physical has become blurred. The artificial intelligence is able to read and inter- pret our human patterns and behaviours. With everything we do, we leave digital traces that become an invisible shadow in «the Cloud» — that follow us. But what happens if our traces are delib- erately manipulated and interpreted by a unit? How can we distinguish our own physical footprint from a machine’s re-interpretation?

«Cloud Shadows» illustrates, by capturing a dancer in time and space in a set of data points, an exact preservation of a physical movement that represents our digital traces.
